If you’re a coach at midlife or a seeker, a woman who knows you’re meant to do meaningful work, this page is for you.
Most women begin working with me inside EMERGE, the mentorship circle where the deeper work of bringing your calling to life unfolds.
From there, some choose to deepen their work through private mentoring or by attending an in-person retreat designed to support the crossing into their next chapter.
EMERGE
The primary way I work with women
EMERGE is the heart of my work.
It’s an intimate mentorship circle for trained coaches, guides, and wayfinders who feel called to bring their real work into the world.
Women enter EMERGE when they feel the pull to stop circling their calling and begin organizing their lives around it.
Inside this container, the work unfolds over time through a combination of small-group mentorship, private conversations, and reflective inner work.
There is space for reflection, integration, experimentation, and honest creation — without pressure to rush or perform.
Participants typically remain in the circle for four to six months, though some stay longer as their work continues to develop.
Inside EMERGE you’ll experience:
- live mentorship within a small, intimate circle
- private one-on-one sessions with Bev
- guided reflection and structured inner work
- a supportive rhythm that integrates with real life
- the opportunity to attend an in-person Crossing Retreat
EMERGE is designed for women who sense that their life’s work is ready to become real, and want thoughtful mentorship as they step into it.
Private Mentoring (One-on-One)
I also take on a small number of private clients each year. One-on-one mentoring is well suited for women who:
- strongly prefer working privately
- are navigating a specific transition or decision point
- are unable to join EMERGE at this time
This work carries the same depth and orientation as EMERGE, without the collective container.
Availability is limited and offered selectively, based on fit, timing, and capacity.
