My Approach

I believe each of us came here with a light and with gifts that are meant to be shared.

I believe we’re here to add love to the planet through who we are, and through the work we do.

Some of us were born to heal, teach, guide, coach, and lead. Those are the women I work with. We feel a deep sense that we’re needed, especially now, to facilitate real change and transformation in the world.

And yet, many of us are highly empathic and intuitive. In trying to fit in and belong, we’ve learned to disown parts of ourselves and hide our gifts.

But in order to do the work we came here to do, we have to rediscover who we are and reclaim what we’ve set aside.

For women whose voices have been silenced across cultures for thousands of years, this isn’t simply about creating a business. It’s a spiritual journey of remembering, reclaiming, and stepping forward as who we truly are.

The Core Problem I See

Many people live lives that look good from the outside, yet feel incomplete and unfulfilled on the inside.

Something essential feels missing, but we don’t have clear language for it in our culture.

I call this being purpose adjacent.

You may have done all the “right” things. Built a career. Helped others. Been responsible and capable. And still, something in you knows this isn’t fully it.

What’s missing is purpose alignment.

Purpose alignment is when you’re being who you were meant to be and doing what you were meant to do. It's when your inner truth and your outer life begin to make sense together.

What My Work Does

My work helps women, especially those who trained as life coaches, move from purpose adjacent to purpose aligned.

When that shift happens, something changes.

Energy returns.
Clarity deepens.
Joy becomes embodied rather than postponed.

This work didn’t come from a single training or method. It emerged over decades of lived experience, study, deep listening, and walking beside women who were capable, successful, and quietly discontent.

Women who had been mothers, professionals, daughters, and spouses, and who sensed they were meant for something more, even if they couldn’t yet name it.

The Soulpreneur Journey

For healers, helpers, teachers, guides, coaches, and leaders who feel called to add love and facilitate change in the world, this shift often marks the beginning of what I call the Soulpreneur journey.

A Soulpreneur is someone who creates their life’s work from their soul’s desires and calling.

This isn’t about starting a business or figuring out how to market yourself. It begins by reconnecting with your soul’s desire about what is yours to do.

That desire isn’t an idea you think your way into. It’s something you feel. A full-body yes. A sense of aliveness that says, this is mine to do.

The Soulpreneur journey moves from awareness into embodiment, from remembering who you are, to owning your gifts, to expressing them through meaningful work in the world.

The Soul’s Calling® Roadmap

The Soul’s Calling Roadmap is the foundation of everything I do.

It reflects the natural inner journey many women move through when an old identity no longer fits and a deeper calling begins to surface.

It names the shift from awareness to embodiment - from circling your calling to living it - from knowing something is missing to allowing your life and work to be shaped by what feels true.

This roadmap isn’t a set of instructions. It gives language to an inner journey many women recognize from their own lives.

EMERGE is where we consciously work with that journey and support the shift from insight to lived expression.

The Soul’s Calling® Creed

The Soul’s Calling Creed gives language to this journey.

Inspired by the spirit of the 12 Steps, it reflects the moment when we stop abandoning ourselves for belonging and begin listening for who we were always meant to be.

The Creed isn’t something to memorize. It’s something to recognize yourself in.

How This Shows Up in My Work

This approach shapes everything I offer. The women I work with are making a profound shift in how they live. They move from being on the backstage of their lives to giving themselves permission to step forward, to lead rather than follow.

It’s why I work in small groups and long-term mentorship.

It’s why inner alignment always comes before creating external form.

And it’s why the work unfolds over time.

Women need sisterhood, support, and time for honesty, safety, and depth.

You’ll experience this approach most fully inside EMERGE, my 9-month mentorship for soul-led life coaches at midlife who are ready to bring their work into the world with clarity, confidence, and soul alignment.
