You have all the pieces, but you don’t yet see how they come together.

This isn’t about lacking skill or training.
And it isn’t about needing another method or model.

It’s about standing at a threshold... between the life you’ve been living and the work that wants to come through you now.

Eventually a deeper question appears:

Am I ready to let this become real in my life?

The EMERGE Mentorship Circle

EMERGE is a small mentorship circle for coaches and wayfinders who are ready to cross the threshold from circling their calling to living their real work. 

Women join the circle when they are ready, when they know it's their time.

Many women who join EMERGE trained as coaches,  but eventually realized their life’s work might take a different form.

Their work might involve teaching, leading groups, writing, creating something original… or serving others in ways that don’t quite fit the traditional coaching model.

Once inside, they move through the EMERGE journey supported by a small community and direct mentorship from Bev.

Participants remain in the circle for a minimum of four months, though six months is the recommended time for the work to unfold fully. Some women choose to stay longer as their work continues to evolve.

At any given time, the circle includes women at different stages of the journey. This creates a rich learning environment where insight, courage, and experience are shared across the group.

The circle remains intentionally small - no more than eight women at a time.

What EMERGE Makes Possible

Inside EMERGE, you are supported to:

- reconnect with your inner authority

- untangle conditioning, doubt, and outdated identities

- recognize the deeper thread of your soul’s calling

- clarify the work that is uniquely yours to offer

- bring your gifts into the world in a way that feels real and sustainable

This is not about inventing a niche or forcing a business model.

It is about aligning your life and work with what you know is true.

Inside the EMERGE Circle

When you enter EMERGE, you step into a small circle of women who are each standing at their own edge of transformation.

Some are rediscovering who they are.
Some are approaching the threshold of their calling.
Some are beginning to bring their work into the world.

What unites the circle is a shared commitment to living a life aligned with what we know is true.

This is not a class or a curriculum.

It is a space of reflection, courage, experimentation, and support as each woman moves through the journey of EMERGE.

The Stages of the EMERGE Journey

Participants move through six stages during their time in the EMERGE circle.

Together they form the EMERGE path, a journey that moves from rediscovering who you are to embodying the work you are here to do.

E — Excavate the Truth of Who You Are

The journey begins by returning to the deeper truth of who you are now.

Your lived experience.
Your natural way of helping others.
The wisdom your life has given you.

This stage reconnects you with your inner authority and the deeper thread of your calling.

M — Meet Your Soul’s Work

Here we begin defining the work that is uniquely yours.

Your experiences, gifts, passions, and wisdom come together into a soul’s niche and life-work vision.

Instead of trying to invent a niche, you begin to recognize the work that has been waiting for you.

E — Enter the Threshold

At this stage the work begins to feel real.

You start identifying the people you are here to serve and imagining how your work could take form in the world.

This is also where the protector appears, the part of you that wants to keep life stable and safe.

Meeting this protector is an important part of the journey.

R — Risk the Crossing

Eventually the question becomes unavoidable: Am I willing to organize my life around this work?

This is the crossing- the moment when you stop circling your calling and begin stepping into it.

For many women, this moment happens during the EMERGE Crossing Retreat.

Several times each year, Bev hosts small in-person retreats designed specifically for this stage of the journey. These retreats create space away from daily life to:

- release roles and identities that no longer fit

- meet the protector that has been holding things in place

- envision the life and work that wants to emerge

- consciously step across the threshold into your next chapter

Participation in the retreat is optional, but many women find it becomes a powerful turning point in their journey.

G — Grow the Work

Once the crossing happens, the work begins to take form.

You experiment, refine, and share your voice.
You test ideas, develop offerings, and begin connecting with the people who need your work.

This stage is about learning through real engagement with the world.

E — Embody the Calling

Eventually something shifts.

You are no longer trying to become someone who does this work.

You are that person.

Your work becomes a natural expression of who you are and how you serve.

How the EMERGE Circle Works

Inside the EMERGE circle, you are supported through a combination of group mentorship, private conversations, and reflective work.

Live Group Mentorship

We meet regularly in live group sessions (typically 2–3 calls per month) where the real work of the circle unfolds.

These gatherings create space for:

- guided visualizations and inward inquiry to access clarity beyond the thinking mind

- reflection on where you are in the EMERGE journey

- spot coaching and mentoring with Bev

- shared learning through listening, witnessing, and dialogue

- thoughtful feedback from the circle

- gentle accountability as you begin bringing your work into the world

This is not passive learning.
Each participant is actively engaged in a living process of discovery and expression.

All sessions are recorded in case you miss a call, and summaries are provided to support reflection and integration.

Private Mentorship

Each participant receives four private one-on-one sessions with Bev, including an intake session.

These conversations are woven intentionally through your time in EMERGE and provide space to:

- explore what is uniquely yours

- work through doubts or obstacles

- clarify decisions as your work begins to take form

Private sessions allow us to slow down and focus deeply on what matters most in your journey.

Guided Inner & Outer Work

Participants receive the EMERGE Workbook and the Re-Discover You Workbook, filled with reflective exercises, visualizations, and structured practices.

These materials are not meant to be completed in isolation.

They are woven into the group sessions, private mentoring, and personal reflection to support clarity, integration, and forward movement.

Soul Sister Pairings

Participants are paired periodically with another woman in the circle for shared reflection, support, and accountability.

These partnerships help deepen connection and keep the work alive between group sessions.

An Intimate Circle

The EMERGE circle is intentionally limited to eight women at a time.

This ensures depth, presence, and a container where each participant is truly seen, heard, and supported.

The Crossing Retreat

Several times each year, Bev hosts small in-person retreats designed specifically for the crossing moment in the EMERGE journey.

These retreats create the kind of space that is very difficult to access in everyday life — a pause from routine, noise, and responsibility so you can listen deeply to what your life is asking of you now.

During the retreat we work with the threshold directly:

• releasing roles and identities that no longer fit
• meeting the protector that keeps your calling at a distance
• envisioning the life and work that want to emerge
• consciously stepping across the threshold into your next chapter

While the retreat is technically optional, many participants discover that it becomes a profound turning point in their journey.

If you are truly serious about bringing your work to life, attending the retreat is strongly encouraged.

EMERGE may be a good fit for you if…

• You already feel called to meaningful work but haven’t yet brought it fully into the world.

• You’ve done coach training or other personal development work, and you know you want to use those gifts in a deeper way.

• You suspect your life’s work may not look like traditional one-on-one coaching — that it might involve teaching, creating, leading groups, writing, or something you can’t quite name yet.

• You feel the pull to bring something original into the world, even if you don’t yet know exactly what form it will take.

• You’re no longer looking for another method or formula, you’re ready to align your life with what you know is true.

• You’re willing to engage honestly with your doubts, resistance, and protector as part of the process.

EMERGE is probably not the right fit if…

• You are looking for a program focused primarily on business strategy or marketing

• You want a large, fast-moving group experience rather than a small mentorship circle

• You prefer a structured curriculum over reflective, mentorship-based work
