You were born to do meaningful work that reflects who you truly are and to help others find their way through what you’ve lived and learned.

This belief sits at the heart of my work.

Meet Bev

Hi, I’m Bev Barnes.

For more than 30 years, I’ve walked alongside women who feel a deep calling to bring their real work into the world.

Not a role they were trained for.

Not a version of themselves shaped by expectation.

Work that feels true and alive.

Much of my life has been shaped by the experience of being unseen.

Growing up Black in a white society taught me how to fit in, to be careful, and to dim parts of myself in order to belong.

But my soul’s work has always asked something different of me.

It asked me to trust my voice.
It asked me to stand out.
It asked me to create work that could only come from who I am.

My greatest triumph has been doing exactly that. I’ve created work that allows me to fully express myself, and I’ve supported other women to do the same for more than three decades.

How I Work

I work with women at midlife who have done a great deal of inner work and training, yet still feel misaligned, invisible, or unsure how to bring their gifts fully into form.

I start with you.

My work is rooted in long-term mentorship, deep listening, and a soul-led process that helps you:

remember who you are beneath roles and conditioning
reconnect with your natural way of helping
trust the thread of purpose woven through your life
create work that feels like home

This work unfolds over time. It asks for honesty, patience, and willingness. And when the space feels safe enough, things begin to emerge naturally.

The Lineage of This Work

Everything I offer is grounded in the Soul’s Calling® Roadmap, a process I’ve developed and refined over decades of mentoring, teaching, and lived experience.

This work is also shaped by the Soul’s Calling® Creed, a manifesto that gives language to the inner journey many women experience when they stop hiding and begin telling themselves the truth about who they are and what they’re here to do.
