Downloading or receiving a workbook, recording, visualization, handout, or other resource does not give you permission to reproduce, teach, distribute, or use that material with clients, groups, students, or other third parties unless that permission is expressly included in the program or service you purchased.

Names, logos, program names, methods, taglines, and other branding displayed on the Site may be trademarks or other proprietary identifiers belonging to Bev Barnes Coaching & Training or their respective owners.

Nothing on the Site grants you a licence or right to use any trademark or proprietary branding without prior written permission.

4. Coaching and Educational Information

The information and materials provided through this Site are intended for educational, personal-development, and coaching purposes.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Coaching is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and for seeking appropriately qualified professional assistance when needed.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality coaching, teaching, and resources. However, personal development and coaching outcomes vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, business, career, relationship, or other outcome from using the Site or participating in our programs or services.

Testimonials, client stories, and examples describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same results.

6. Programs, Coaching and Other Paid Services

Nothing in a cancellation, refund, or other policy removes rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

When you purchase a product or service online, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

Before completing a transaction, you will have an opportunity to review the information relevant to your purchase as required by applicable law.

8. Email Communications

If you choose to subscribe to Soul Nudges or another email list, you consent to receive the communications you requested.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.

Transactional or administrative communications relating to a purchase, appointment, program, account, or service may still be sent when necessary.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

• use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes; or

• misrepresent your relationship with Bev Barnes Coaching & Training or the Soul's Calling® Method.

For consumers residing in Quebec, nothing in these Terms requires you to waive any jurisdiction, remedy, or protection provided to you by applicable Quebec law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
