Life Transition Coaching 

For women navigating a life transition and asking, “Who am I now — and what do I want to do with who I am?”

Something has ended, changed, or simply stopped fitting.

You may know you can't go back to the person or life you were before, but you don't yet know what comes next.

Our work begins with you — making meaning from the life you've lived, separating who you are from who you learned to be, reclaiming the gifts, desires and wisdom that belong to you, and discovering what is asking to be lived now.

Private Mentoring for Coaches, Healing & Helping Professionals 

For coaches, healing and healing professionals who want support becoming the coach they are here to be, and discovering the work that is uniquely theirs. 

You may be making the transition into coaching, finding your footing after training, or already working with clients and sensing that there is something more distinctly yours wanting to emerge.

Together, we'll explore the experiences, gifts, wisdom and natural ways of helping that point toward your soul's niche. We'll work with the identity shift that comes with claiming this work, and support you as you begin shaping, trusting and bringing it into the world.

And as you work with real people, bring that here too.....the clients you're thinking about, the sessions you're unsure about, the places you get stuck, and the questions that arise as you develop your own way of working.

This is not ICF Mentor Coaching and is not intended to fulfill ICF credentialing or renewal requirements. It's ongoing mentorship for becoming the practitioner you want to be, developing the work that is yours, and having experienced support as you actually do it.
