What Is EMERGE?

EMERGE is a six-month, soul-led mentorship for trained coaches, women in the second half of life, who know they are here for meaningful work — but cannot yet see how to bring it into form.

You trained as a coach, yet the traditional model of how to be a coach never quite felt like yours.
At the same time, you are not fully clear on what your own way looks like.

You want your work to feel like freedom, self-expression, and truth.
Not pretending.
Not performing.
Not fitting yourself into someone else’s version of what coaching or helping is supposed to be.

You can feel that something real wants to come through you.
You just haven’t found the form yet.

That’s where EMERGE comes in.

What EMERGE Offers

EMERGE is a sacred and structured mentorship container designed to support the inner work that must happen before true, soul-aligned work can take shape.

Inside EMERGE, you are supported to:

• reconnect with your inner authority

• untangle conditioning, doubt, and outdated identities

• make sense of your life through the lens of your soul’s calling

• identify the work that only you can do

• allow your true work to take form naturally, without forcing

You are not doing this alone.

EMERGE is held in a small, intimate circle with no more than eight women who walk beside you, witness your process, and support your becoming.

What Happens Inside EMERGE

EMERGE is not surface-level work.

It is the inner preparation that allows your outer work to emerge with clarity, confidence, and integrity.

Over six months, we work intimately and intentionally to:

• release roles, strategies, and identities that no longer fit

• clarify your soul-aligned niche without trying to manufacture one

• articulate your unique way of helping and serving

• shape your gifts into a grounded beginning — a service, an offering, a direction

• build confidence through practice, mentorship, and embodiment

The Three Phases of EMERGE

Inside EMERGE, we move through three essential phases:

1. Releasing What No Longer Fits

Old roles. Old positioning. Old stories about who you’re supposed to be and how you’re supposed to work.

2. Claiming Your Genius

Your natural way of helping. Your voice. Your lived wisdom. Your soul service.
We identify the through-line that gives your work coherence, confidence, and conviction.

3. Bringing Your Work to Life

Shaping your service, clarifying who it’s for, and identifying a way to bring it into the world using a strategy that fits you.

This is where your lived experience, wisdom, and intuition finally come together.

By the End of EMERGE, You Will...

• Be able to clearly say what you do, who you do it for, and why it matters — without over-explaining or second-guessing yourself
• Be firmly grounded in your clear and soul-aligned niche
• Have created a first soul service or offering you’re proud of
• Be actively bringing your work into the world, not just thinking about it
• Know at a bone-deep level who your people are and how to connect with them
• Use your own gifts and genius at the center of what you offer
• Feel more confident and grounded from being witnessed in a circle that truly sees you
• Trust your inner voice and follow its guidance
• Be sharing your work with the world

EMERGE is a remembering.

A six-month incubation where the work that wants to be born through you is given the space, support, and structure it needs to come into the world in its true form.

This is about finally claiming your brilliance and allowing your work to emerge in a way that feels true, sustainable, and alive.

EMERGE Coach Mentorship Includes:

1. Group Mentorship (Live group calls for 6 months)

Months 1–2: Group calls three times per month
Months 3–6: Group calls every two weeks

This rhythm supports early connection and clarity, followed by integration, experimentation, and expression
as your work begins to take form. Each group call typically includes: 

• a guided visualization or inward inquiry to access clarity you can’t reach through thinking alone

• reflection on the current phase of the work and the exercises you’re engaging with

• spot coaching and mentoring with Bev

• shared learning through listening, witnessing, and dialogue

• space for giving and receiving feedback in a supportive, grounded way

• gentle accountability to help you stay engaged with what’s emerging for you

This is not passive learning. You are an active participant in a living process. All group sessions are recorded - in case you have to miss a call.

2. Private Mentorship

Five (5) one-on-one sessions with Bev, including one intake session.

These deep-dive conversations are woven intentionally across the six months and are used to support discernment, alignment, and clear decision-making as your work comes into form.

Private sessions are a space to slow down, listen more deeply, and work through what’s specific to you.

3. Guided Inner & Outer Work Materials

You’ll receive the EMERGE Workbook and Re-Discover You Workbook, which include reflective exercises, guided visualizations, and structured worksheets.

These materials are not meant to be completed in isolation.
They are used in group sessions, private mentoring, and personal reflection to support clarity, integration, and forward movement.

4. Soul Sister Pairings

You’ll be paired with one other woman each month for shared reflection, support, and accountability.

Pairings rotate so you can connect with and learn from different women in the circle, while building trust and momentum between group calls.

5. Intimate Group Size

EMERGE is limited to eight women.

This ensures depth, presence, and a container where you are genuinely seen, heard, and supported — not managed or rushed.

Investment

• The investment for EMERGE is $4,000 USD when paid in full.
  (This reflects a $500 savings.)

  If you prefer, you may choose a payment plan of six monthly payments of $750 USD.
