What Is EMERGE?

EMERGE is a 9-month transformational mentorship for trained life coaches and soul-led women who are ready to stop circling their calling—and finally bring it to life in a way that feels original, powerful, and unmistakably theirs.

Even though you trained as a coach - you can't see yourself as a traditional therapy-style one-on- one coach.

You want to do it differently but you aren't sure how....yet.

EMERGE is not another business course. It’s not more training.

It’s a sacred space to return to your truth.

To do your work. To unravel what's been holding your back. To reclaim your way.

And to begin creating what your soul has been whispering for years. 

Even if it doesn't look like what you were taught that coaching should look like.

Through soul-deep mentorship, guided structure, intuitive tools, and a loving sisterhood, EMERGE helps you put the pieces together ....so you can offer your real work in the world.

EMERGE is for you if:

You trained as a coach, healer, or guide—but never fully stepped into your work.

• You’ve been circling your calling for years. Now, something inside you know: it's time.
• You're in a new life chapter and want your work to reflect who you are now. Maybe you've walked through a big transition. Maybe you're approaching your second or third act. You feel the call to create something meaningful but you're unsure where to begin.
• You're not a traditional coach - or you don't want to be. You don't resonate with therapy-style coaching or cookie-cutter formulas. You want to integrate your other gifts - your intuition, creativity, spiritual knowing, lived AND professional experience - but you don't quite know how or what that looks like yet.

Program Structure And Dates

We begin October 8, 2025 and work together until the end of June 2026.

EMERGE isn’t a course.

This is a container, an incubator for the sacred inner and outer work of becoming who you truly are and offering your work in the world from that place.

Here’s What You’ll Receive Inside EMERGE

• 3 Group Mentorship Calls per Month (A total of 27! calls - held three weeks every month, on Wednesdays – 90-120 minutes each, on Zoom)

These are spacious, soulful sessions where you’ll be guided, mentored, and supported while staying deeply aligned to your truth and vision.

• 4 Private Mentoring Sessions with Bev

Including an in-depth intake session and three personal deep dives throughout the journey to support your clarity, courage, and direction.

• The EMERGE Re-Discover You Workbook – worksheets and exercises to guide your through the inner work that soul-led coaches must do to lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction.

•  The EMERGE Mentorship Guide for Soul-led Coaches – worksheets and exercises to guide you through the outer work that soul-led coaches must do to create their work

• Peer Support & Connection
  You’ll be partnered with each of the other women throughout the program to build real, meaningful relationships that nourish and uplift you.
• Boutique Group Size
  This is a high-touch experience limited to 10 participants. You will be seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

🌴Mexico Retreat.

March 5 -10, 2026  Playa del Carmen, Mexico (Fly into Cancun). You'd arrive March 5; we work/play together for 4 days and you'll fly out on March 10. 

Halfway through our journey, we gather in-person for a sacred 4-day retreat by the sea. This is a powerful mid-point to embody your transformation and reconnect with your vision in a deeper way.

This retreat is a key part of the program experience and is required for all participants.

Hi, I’m Bev.

For the past 30 years, I’ve been walking beside women who are ready to bring their real work into the world.

Not the business plan version. 

Not the coaching model they were trained in.

The soul’s work.

I’ve taught and mentored hundreds of new life coaches—first as a certified Master Life Coach and Wayfinder Instructor, and now as the creator of the Soul’s Calling® Academy.

I hold advanced degrees in psychoeducation and Brief & Strategic Therapy, and I’ve trained in Internal Family Systems, the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), and as a Certified Sparketype® Advisor.

But what truly qualifies me to guide EMERGE isn’t just my credentials,  it’s who I am in the room.
