The World Needs Soul-led Coaches. Now More Than Ever.

all subjects coaching courage dare to decide empaths find your purpose out your truth soul wisdom

I miss mentoring coaches.

Yes, I’m still doing some coach mentoring—but not enough.

And I’ve been sitting with this, asking myself why this longing has bubbled up so strongly.

It’s because of the U.S. election.

That guy gives me purpose.

That guy reminds me—more than ever—that my voice, our voices, and the work of soul-led coaches who help people discover and follow their truth is SO, SO important.

Years ago, I used to write about the new age—a time when all the institutions people once relied on for guidance would crumble. The church. The schools. The government.

That time is here.

Social media spreads truth and lies at light speed. Billionaires control the flow of information. AI is making it even harder to discern what’s real.

And so, here we are:

There is no longer an objective truth we can trust.

Which means the only truth left to follow is your own.

Not your ego’s truth.

Your soul’s truth.

What’s the Difference?

Ego's Truth: The ego’s job is to protect you, keep you alive. It’s shaped by fear, past experiences, and societal conditioning. Your ego's truth tells you to play it safe, fit in, avoid vulnerability, and pursue the goals you're expected to follow—whether they light you up or not.

The ego plays defense. It protects you from lack, rejection, and loss.

Soul’s Truth: Your soul is here to guide you toward who you were always meant to be. It whispers your deepest desires. It urges you to express yourself fully. The soul’s truth isn’t about fear, scarcity, or fitting in—it’s about love, purpose, and trusting that there’s enough for everyone.

We weren’t taught to follow our soul’s truth.

We were taught to obey the rules—whatever they were in the culture we grew up in.

And now, the loudest rule of all is:
Get more money and power. Be a lone wolf. Make every interaction a transaction.

So what do we do?

We become the ones who guide people back to the truth of their souls.

We become the ones who teach that underneath all the noise, there is a deeper truth that is theirs alone to follow.

We become the skilled empaths who can discern truth from lies and lead people—lovingly but firmly—back to who they were always meant to be.

And if enough of us do that?

We reach a tipping point.

20%.

That’s all we need.

We don’t have to fight with or convince the people longing for the “good old days.”

Let them go.

Our work is with the confused.

The ones who know something is off.

The ones who feel like they’ve lost something but don’t know what it is or how to find it again.

They need soul-led, soul-inspired, purpose-aligned guides.

Teachers.

Healers.

Leaders.

Coaches.

And if each of us stops pretending we don’t know our mission—if we just do the work—we change the world.

Let’s go.

Big love,
