I'm the creator of the Soul's Calling® Method, a body of work developed through more than twenty years of helping people make sense of who they are, what has shaped them, and what comes next.

My background spans counselling, career development, adult education, leadership and coaching.

But the thing I know how to do extraordinarily well is this:

I listen for the story underneath the story.

The gift you discount because it comes naturally.

The rule you've been living by without realizing it.

The ending you haven't fully acknowledged.

The desire you keep explaining away.

The thread running through experiences that seem completely unrelated.

Together, we make sense of the pieces — so you can see who you've become and what wants to come next.

Because I don't believe your next life needs to be invented.

I work privately with a small number of women who find themselves in this territory.

My work is grounded in the Soul's Calling® Method a process for making meaning from life's transitions, discovering who you are now and what comes next.

We don't begin by forcing an answer to:

“What do I want?”

We begin with your life. Together, we'll explore:

...what has ended and needs to be acknowledged;

...the experiences that have shaped you...the roles, rules and beliefs that may no longer fit

...the gifts and genius you've overlooked or discounted

...what your desires and body wisdom are telling you

...the thread running through your life and what is asking to be expressed now

Because this isn't only about finding yourself. It's about discovering what you want to do with who you are.

Until “What should I do with my life?” becomes: “This is mine to do.”

What I Believe 

I don't believe your purpose is hidden somewhere waiting to be found.

I believe your life has been speaking to you all along.

Your joy has something to say.

Your suffering has something to say.

The things that have ended have something to say.

So do the gifts that come so naturally you barely recognize them as gifts.

Your life is always speaking to you.

My work is helping you understand what it has been saying — so you can see who you are, trust what you know and begin doing what is yours to do.
