To recognize what is true now—and give ourselves the time and space to live it.
We gather live once each month on Zoom.
Every gathering is different because life is different every month.
Sometimes we'll begin with a meditation or visualization.
Sometimes we'll explore a Soul Work question together.
Sometimes you'll spend time writing, reflecting or simply listening to yourself.
There will be conversation.
There will be quiet.
There will be moments that surprise you.
You'll leave each gathering with a Soul Nudge, a simple practice or invitation to help you carry what you've discovered into your everyday life.
The greatest gift you can bring is your presence.
Give yourself permission to step away from the demands of everyday life for these ninety minutes.

Listen deeply, to yourself and to the women sharing the space with you.

I'm interested in helping you recognize yourself more fully.
Sometimes that means asking questions you've never considered.
Sometimes it means seeing patterns you've overlooked.
Sometimes it means letting go of an identity that no longer fits.
Sometimes it means discovering a part of yourself that's been quietly waiting to be acknowledged.
Because once you truly see yourself...
it becomes much easier to trust yourself.
