To recognize what is true now—and give ourselves the time and space to live it.
But knowing who you are is not a one-time discovery.
Life keeps moving.
You keep changing.
And without a place to pause and listen, it’s easy to drift away from what you know—to put yourself last again, question your own wisdom, or lose touch with what matters most.

Your Soul Work may be paid work, but it doesn’t have to be.
It might be building a business, writing a book, leading a movement, raising grandchildren, creating art, mentoring others, restoring ecosystems, or bringing more joy into the world.
Soul Work isn’t simply what you do.
It’s you, expressed.
The Studio gives you a regular place to reconnect with that expression of yourself—and to keep living it as your life continues to unfold.
We gather together live once each month on Zoom.
Every gathering is different because life is different every month.
Sometimes we'll begin with a meditation or visualization.
Sometimes we'll explore a Soul Work question together.
Sometimes you'll spend time writing, reflecting or simply listening to yourself.
There will be conversation.
There will be quiet.
There will be moments that surprise you.
You'll leave each gathering with a Soul Nudge, a simple practice or invitation to help you carry what you've discovered into your everyday life.
The greatest gift you can bring is your presence.
Give yourself permission to step away from the demands of everyday life for these ninety minutes.
Be fully here.
Listen deeply, to yourself and to the women sharing the space with you.
Simply notice what wants to emerge.
And if you want to connect with others, we'll have a private group where you can connect with your studio sisters.

People sometimes ask if the Studio is coaching.
Not really.
Coaching often begins with a problem.
Soul Work begins with a person.
I'm interested in helping you to BE yourself, not FIX yourself.Â
Sometimes that means asking questions.
Sometimes it means seeing patterns and giving you feedback that's in your blind spot.
Sometimes it means grieving an identity that no longer fits.
Sometimes it means discovering a part of yourself that's been quietly waiting to be acknowledged.
Because I believe that once you truly see yourself...
it becomes much easier to trust yourself and BE yourself.
And when you trust yourself, you naturally begin living your Soul Work.Â
