Why a Studio?

We don't discover ourselves once and then move on.

Life changes. We change.

We get busy. We begin listening to everyone except ourselves. We drift away from what we know. We put ourselves last again.

The Studio creates a regular rhythm of stepping out of everyday life long enough to hear yourself again.


To notice what is true now — and give yourself the space to live it.

What Do I Mean by Soul Work?

Your Soul Work may be paid work, but it doesn't have to be.

It might be building a business, writing a book, leading a movement, raising grandchildren, creating art, mentoring others, restoring ecosystems, or bringing more joy into the world.

Soul Work isn't simply what you do.

It's you, expressed.

The Studio is a place to stay connected to that expression of yourself as your life continues to unfold.

What Happens in the Studio?

We gather live on Zoom once a month for 90 minutes.

Every gathering is different because life is different every month.

We might begin with a meditation or visualization, explore a Soul Work question, write, reflect, talk, or simply listen.

You'll leave with a Soul Nudge — a question, practice or invitation to carry what you've discovered into your everyday life.

And between gatherings, you can stay connected with your fellow travellers in a private chat group.

Soul Work Studio Membership

$67 USD per month OR $747 USD annually

For Canadian clients with proof of residency, you'll pay the same numerical amount in Canadian dollars: $67 CAD per month or $747 CAD annually.
