❤️ Why I Created This:

After mentoring hundreds of trained coaches, I noticed the same pattern again and again. They were stuck trying to find the words to describe what they do.

They didn’t need another strategy to get clients.

They needed words—words that felt true, that captured what they really did.

Most were stuck in their own heads, unable to see themselves clearly or describe their work in a way that felt natural.

So I created this simple AI guide that helps you step outside of that fog and finally see—and say—what your soul is here to do.

Hi, I’m Bev!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by people’s stories — the patterns that shape us, the wounds that mark us, and the triumphs that change everything. For over 30 years, I’ve been walking beside women and men as they discover who they were truly meant to be and what they were meant to do.

I started out in the corporate world and in government agencies before making the switch to career counselling. Eventually I found my true home in life coaching and mentoring. I’ve taught and mentored hundreds of coaches, first as a Certified Master Life Coach and Wayfinder Instructor, and now through my own mentorship programs.

I also bring the lens of my own lived experience as a Black Canadian woman — learning to navigate spaces where I was often unseen, overlooked, or expected to fit into boxes that never matched who I was. That journey shaped my deepest conviction: that each of us has a soul’s calling, and when we claim it, we reclaim our power and our joy.

What lights me up the most is that moment when the light comes on — when you see who you really are, claim it, and begin creating the work your soul has been whispering about for years. That moment never gets old for me. It’s why I do everything I do.

Along the way I’ve added tools to my toolkit: advanced degrees in psychoeducation and Brief & Strategic Therapy - Internal Family Systems, MBTI®, and Sparketype® Advisor training — but the heart of my work has always been the same: to help you hear your soul’s voice more clearly, trust it, and bring it to life.
