Terms and Conditions for the (Re)Discover YOU Coaching Course and Community**

Effective Date: December 12, 2024

Welcome to the (Re)Discover YOU Coaching Course and Community ("the Program"). By enrolling in and participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

The Program includes a 16-week coaching course with online learning components, live group coaching sessions, and optional community engagement. The goal is to support participants in personal growth, self-discovery, and creating meaningful life changes.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older to enroll. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to engage in the Program in a respectful and constructive manner.

3. Payment and Non-Refundable Policy

3.1 Fees: Full payment of the course fee is required at the time of registration unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

3.2 Non-Refundable Policy:

- All payments made for the Program are final and non-refundable.

- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inability to participate, dissatisfaction with the Program, or changes in personal circumstances.

- If a payment plan is in place, you are required to fulfill all payment obligations regardless of your continued participation in the Program. 

3.3 Exceptions: In cases of unforeseen emergencies, requests for credit toward future programs may be considered at the sole discretion of the Program administrator. Such decisions are final and non-negotiable.

4. Participation and Conduct

 4.1 Commitment: By enrolling, you agree to actively engage with the course material and participate in live sessions to the best of your ability.

 4.2 Respectful Conduct: Participants are expected to interact respectfully and constructively within the community. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Program without a refund.

 4.3 Confidentiality: The Program includes group coaching and community interactions where sensitive or personal information may be shared. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all participants and not share any information outside the Program.

 5. Program Access and Intellectual Property

 5.1 Access: Your enrolment grants you access to the Program content for the duration of the course and any specified access period thereafter. Sharing login credentials  or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

 5.2 Intellectual Property: All materials, content, and resources provided during the Program are the intellectual property of Beverley Barnes, Soul's Calling Academy. They are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

  6. Disclaimer

The Program is designed for educational and coaching purposes and is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes as a result of participating in the Program.

 7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverley Barnes - Soul's Calling Academy and its facilitators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

 

 8. Termination

Beverley Barnes - Soul's Calling Academy, reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases. 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. 

10. Acceptance of Terms

 By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the non-refundable policy.
